Project Management of interactive workshops and webinars for all Geos across multiple Portfolio Areas. Liaising with Geo Category and Sales Leads, co-ordinating content and identifying improvement requirements. Ensuring successful delivery of the sessions and deploying a robust follow-up process to execute on feedback and actions.
I also collaborate with marketing and new services introduction team to create enablement content such as podcasts, faqs, videos & communication messages.

Yes, during this placement I was given opportunity to create a bespoke Social Media Campaign to support the New Service Introduction of Tech Care.
I also given the responsibility for delivering workshops and webinars at a world wide level to over 3500 attendees.

During this placement, I have learnt many skills such as communication, prioritisation and how to work individually under my own initiative. I now feel I am experienced working with directors, senior executive level and working across multi-geographical time zones and within international practises.
I have also learnt how to relationship build, collaborate, qualify and negotiate.

During my placement, I have been supported since day 1. I was lucky enough to receive an excellent mentor who has coached me throughout my placement from start to finish. He provided me with so many opportunities and went above and beyond with supporting me and ensuring I excel. I will be forever grateful for the opportunities he has given me and how he has ensured I really challenge and develop myself as an individual.
I am also very grateful for my direct manager who has been incredibly approachable in any situation. She has made sure I have been comfortable throughout my placement and supported all the decisions I have made. She really encouraged my professional development and as a woman leader in IT has inspired me to succeed and I hope to be able to work with her in the future.
Overall, the Category Management team have been great to work for and have made the last 13 months very enjoyable.

I enjoyed every moment of the placement. Sometimes the working hours can be tough but my manager was very supportive of flexible working. You definitely get out what you put in.
