Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for assisting with problem solving recurrent issues coming to us from customers, through tasks such as data analysis, experimentation/tests, consultations and workshops.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, it started slow by just learning the business processes and allowed me to get up to speed, but very quickly progressed to me making decisions that have a real world effect and being allowed to weigh in on business-critical decisions.
