My year at Siemens Healthineers was very positive and I have learned a lot about myself and the working world as the interns here are given the responsibility of a full time employee.
The intern community at the business also made the year very enjoyable socially.

I have learned many skills in my time here, from basics such as working with softwares and Mircrosoft office applications, but also how to communicate effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
I have also had the opportunity to develop skills such as presenting and working within a team.

I received a lot of support from my manager as we worked very closely. We also had regular intern catchups to discuss how our placement was going and what could be improved to make our experience more enjoyable and beneficial.

The general atmosphere was positive and friendly in my experience. There was a company culture of trust, this made me feel like I had independence to work in the way which suited me best.

This has been one of the most enjoyable years of my life, I have thoroughly enjoyed the job itself, working in the team I am in, and most of all the intern community we have built.
