Completed work assigned by seniors and eventually began to delegate tasks as I became more senior

Yes, completed a large amount of second year work towards the end, delagted tasks to those more junior and was given work which i had to complete no matter what

Atmosphere was super chilled out, almost too chilled. Often no work to complete and absolutely no sense or urgency around work ever

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Yes I enjoyed alot, slightly undermined at the end due to the feeling of being undervalued. Being told I would return as a first year student if i came back post graduation, makes you feel like this entire year is pointless.

What advice would you give to others applying to S&W
Work hard from the start as first impressions count massively. If you are not pro active you will get nothing. If you say you dont want to return after uni you will get nothing
