Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Overview of the role: Providing a range of HR Support. Day-to-day tasks include: Recruitment - Posting job ads on LinkedIn, Shortlisting LinkedIn applicants, Arranging interviews, recruiting trainees. Onboarding new employees - Setting up new starters on Renault systems.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given lots of responsibility and given to autonomy to fully manage and take ownership of projects

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year at Renault, I was given the most amazing opportunities and could not thank my team and the wider company enough!
