Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Sat in departments and completed various tasks, TC interview, presentations about the work that the firm does and the culture it embraces and attend after work socials.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The graduate recruitment team have been transparent from the start and other members of the team have really encouraged those that have attended the vacation scheme to apply for current paralegal roles at the firm.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have really grown my confidence in an area of law I have no prior experience in, I have become more adaptable from learning to manage my workload that I have been given whilst also balancing attending the other pre-arranged activities and to be myself because at the right firm that will be embraced which it certainly has been at Gateley.
