Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Tasks involved what a trainee may be asked to do on a daily basis. This included research tasks, drafting attendance notes, summarising arguments and reading judgments.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was extremely insightful and everyone was very informative and welcoming to explain the business operations.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have gained a lot of commercial awareness, how RPC runs as a business on a high-level basis as well as how each department operates. It is a litigation and dispute heavy firm, so I gained many skills on understanding formatting and how procedures are carried out.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was welcoming, friendly and accommodating to all. There was a very warm atmosphere and everyone was available to answer questions.
