peers and supervisors alike. I am known for my reliability, adaptability, and willingness to go
above and beyond to support my team and contribute to the organization's success. I never felt like just a placement student; I was valued as a team member. I have given equal opportunities and responsibilities as alike an employee.

During my tenure at Cummins, I immersed myself in various aspects of IT operations, from
networking and security to automation and project management. I acquired practical
knowledge of ITIL Foundation 4.0, gaining insights into business management, operations,
and service delivery, which equipped me with a holistic understanding of IT service
management frameworks.
Moreover, my communication skills have been refined through regular interaction with
diverse stakeholders and team members. I prioritize effective communication to ensure
clarity and alignment of objectives.

I received amazing support and a warm welcome from the team. They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, never making me feel like just a student or a new starter with less experience. Their willingness to share knowledge and support helped me improve quickly. The team's encouragement and gratitude, as well as that of stakeholders and even those in my immediate vicinity, have made me feel more optimistic about the entire culture, which surprised me greatly. This support helped me improve so quickly that both I and others could see my progress clearly.

Knowing that top leaders are aware of my work and recognize my contributions was another incredible experience. It motivated me to work even harder. Reflecting on my journey, I am proud of how far I've come. As an international student in the UK, I never imagined achieving this level of progress in my career. The University Placement Unit also played a crucial role in my successful placement hunt and overall experience.
