Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Throughout the week we got involved in various tasks and activities, including; department talks, DEI talks, Responsible Business Manager talks, completing day to day tasks set by the department and the chance to network with other individuals.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
They give you a ‘full picture’ about the company which is very useful for understanding how Gateley operate and how they work as a business.

Very good culture.
Everyone is more than happy to have a conversation with you and help you with anything you may need help with.
All the employees are very focussed but also very friendly!

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight week. We got given tasks which makes you feel you have a sense of purpose in the work you are doing.
There were opportunities to network with other departments as well as social events with other vacation schemers.
