Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I spend a lot of time processing invoices, answering queries via email, creating reports in excel.
My main responsibility are corporate cards for AP, and the Travel Codes for management accounting

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

They give me a lot of responsibility, however if I need help they are always happy to support so the responsibility does not feel overwhelming

Developed my finance knowledge including knowledge of accounting principles and how large corporations work

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture within Gymshark is very positive, the employees are generally very young so theres lots of people to interact with and this makes being in the office more enjoyable as you can create friendships with you colleagues
