Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was involved in project management of key departmental projects. I was looking at managing projects, companies Aldi works with, and improving internal and external processes
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given significant responsibility from the outset. By being straight in at the deep end the levels of responsibility that we had were always high. It made the work tough but very rewarding when you could see your hard work pay off.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
My communication skills have improved dramatically, communicating with a range of stakeholders across the business. I have been able to use critical and analytical thinking in my day to day work, putting those skills to practice. To manage workload my organisational skills have also come on leaps and bounds!
