Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day includes briefing campaigns, reviewing creative options, approving final assets and sharing these with relevant channels.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given large amounts of responsibility.
I was given various campaigns and launches to own and manage from start to finish. Which includes communicating with all stakeholders involved to ensure campaigns met targets.

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I had a really close relationship with my line manager throughout. I also had regular time with my wider team manager who offers valuable advice and thoughts whenever asked.
The wider marketing team were also on hand if there were any questions or learning opportunities.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The wider company culture is very fast paced with a strong focus on the here and now.
However the DTC marketing team are all very supportive and pushes a "No blame" culture where everyone has your back
