The culture of the trust as a whole was very nice and friendly however in my team the culture was horrible and bitchy

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I did not enjoy my placement at all, my team was not warm towards me I kept getting comments about me and lowkey was bullying me. I was constantly compared to the previous student and and it was really harsh on me

Yes you do learn much and very good for learning development but the culture is not worth it you can find better. My mental health declind when getting this role
