Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I worked closely with the scripted development team, helping to develop projecst from inception to greenlight. This involved logging and reading script/ novel submissions, completing notes in writer's rooms, compiling project-specific research and writing detailed reports. My role also includes helping with any day to day admin, updating of databases, and creating and distributing regular alerts and memos.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I have been in charge of certain planning events, and have been allowed freedom to meet and work with writers myself

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes, I have improved massively in my reading skills, corporate sensibilities and research ability. I have developed my MS, Adobe and Final Draft proficiencies immensely and now feel more confident in carrying out tasks independently
