Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the team with invoice processing issues following thorough user access testing
- Responsible for training new starters on invoice processing systems (SAP and SNAP) and the supplier management database (The Apex Portal).
- P2P (procurement process)

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Very little.
There was support with the initial induction however, throughout the process I did not feel fully supported by my manager or the early careers team in terms of providing challenging work given my skillset and ability despite many complaints and follow-ups. In the end I had to resign and seek a better internship opportunity that better aligned with my goals.
