Campaign Development Undergraduate Review

On a day to day basis, I ultimately support the Campaign Development Executives. This varies and on some days entails completing reporting tasks which provide insight into campaign performance and highlight any campaign issues. I will also be required to make updates and amends to any comms pieces following mid-quarter offer launches. I also engage in a lot of stakeholder management which enables and eases the cohesion and collaboration of all teams.

Yes, my managers have been really trusting and over the course of my placement I have been challenged with tasks to grow my skills and prepare me for the world of work. I have also been able to build a rapport with my team in which they can trust me more with greater responsibility

My role has developed my stakeholder management skills massively. I have learnt how best to manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication. I have also improved with navigating Excel formulas and functions, along with other reporting platforms such as Business Objects etc.

I have received plenty of support from my management and my team. They have created an environment in which I have always felt comfortable enough to call out for any help I need or questions I have.

Very friendly, supportive. The culture at VWFS encourages personal development and integrity. My wider department have often been kind enough to make time for me to better understand their roles, potential opportunities and share their own experiences along the way for my benefit. I do enjoy my placement. There's a lot for me to get involved with and i have learnt a lot over the course of the past few months. Despite the pressure that comes with some of the work I do my team have been a big part of making placement enjoyable.
