No, I think it was enough-ish for a placement/internship. For my opinion maybe a little bit more responsibilities could be good. There have been couple days that I just sit and just scrolled on Cummins Connect.
I can understand the reason behind this. Because I'm new, I don't have that much knowledge yet and I'm not the key part of the team. I don't have to attend these meeting. I'm just intern and there is no certainty for my future in Cummins so I can understand for me to be stay behind in couple cases.

I learnt new commands and formulas in Excel. I learnt many things about engines, I knew very few before Cummins, but with the trainings, the things that I catch in meetings or casual talks I learnt a lot about Diesel engines, and I can easily say that diesel engine knowledge is in my skill tree now.
My Microsoft Office program skills got better. Especially Excel. I got better at communication, teamwork, crisis and time management and effective meeting facilitation.

I always got support and guidance when I asked for. Or always my mentor showed me an important work he is doing. I got even invited to one of our Southern-Eastern Europe DBU meeting. Which was huge for me. I got to meet most of the team leaders of Europe. That day was remarkable for me I felt supported with that invite. There were a lot of experienced people there and they shared their knowledge with me.

I think the best you can get. I fell in love with the company culture. I even got the feeling in my interviews. I felt like an important person, in my other interview/appliance procedures I felt terrible... Sadly in Turkey it's not common to have a great company culture and general atmosphere. This is the major top point in my internship here. The people who we work is important, I'm really glad that I'm part of an amazing team and a company.

I loved every minute of it. When you have great team/people around you don't realize how quick time goes by. It's been almost 9 months since I started my internship here. I love the job I do, perfect position to start my carrier. I was already wanting to continue this path but after this internship there are no options for me, I loved this job. In Cummins or not (hopefully in Cummins) I plan to continue this path.
