Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This insight day programme was a chance to learn about the early career oppourtunities within MUFG.
The session covered a deep dive into MUFG’s culture, divisions and corporate values. We were also afforded insights from current employees and graduates followed by a Q & A.
The insight day also featured significant aspects of networking with fellow applicants and MUFG staff.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was a very thorough dive, all my questions were clarified and I have developed a deeper understanding of the business at MUFG.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very welcoming and engaging. I particularly liked the flat company structure and the emphasis on integrity and collaboration as it is a much less aggressive way of achieving results.
