Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The day involved sessions that provided insights into the practice areas at Clifford Chance, the application process for SPARK and training contract, alumna session, and a session about trailblazing women.
There were opportunities to ask questions, complete a group exercise and network with other conference attendees.
Breakfast and lunch was also provided, as well as free firm merchandise.
For attendees that stayed for the firm's flagship event, also on the same day, canapés and drinks were provided.
If you are still considering applying to any of the remaining conferences, don't overthink it. Do your research, write and review your answers to the application questions, prepare for and take the Watson Glaser test and hope for a place on the conference(s).

If you are planning on applying to Clifford Chance, start with the website. Then, register and attend events organised by the firm or in conjunction with other organisations. Next, draft your response to the application questions, review them over and over to make sure it passes across the message that you really want to work at Clifford Chance. Whilst doing that, practice and practice and practice the Watson Glaser test. Make sure to complete the actual test and hope for the best honestly.
