I've improved my communication skills, I speak with more clarity and assurance. I also improved my organisational skills by creating day plans for my supervisor on what I was doing throughout my shift.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
My supervisor and the other staff were always happy to help clarify things with me. I even had meetings where my supervisor would explain my tasks and encourage me to ask questions so I would fully understand what I needed to do.
