IT Analyst Review

• Overseeing and managing some IT projects from when they start.
• Working with the IT directors from regions such as APAC, LATAM, CEMEA, US and Canada, UK and Ireland (the Marsh Tech side of the business), Digital and Victor (line of business side) and other Project teams in order to outline the project scope, goals, plan, track the project progress whilst ensuring that the projects are delivered on time within a reasonable budget.
• Creating reports for the Program board derived from Power BI and Excel
• Identifying any risks involved and identifying the synergy impact on the business plus any contingency plans.
• Updating the stakeholders involved, of any project updates and ensure that the project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supporting Project Managers and PMO in Planning, Delivery, Finance and drafting Business cases.
