Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This involved a series of events. Firstly, there were set tasks each day which we would hand in towards the end of the day.
There were also team talks and networking opportunities.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was most insightful. I took the time to speak with so many in so many different teams which was most interesting. I especially liked how they embraced the remote working element and allowed each office to present a certain team. This helped harmonise the national team spirit.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture was inclusive and open. Everyone regardless of their hierarchy in the Company was friendly and approachable. This is exactly what I am looking for in a law firm and this was my motivation for applying in the first place.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Considering it was all virtual, I really enjoyed the week. They really made the most of what was on available and made it as engaging and interactive as they could. I especially enjoyed the after work events that they so diligently planned.
