What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Gateley clearly value their employees as individuals, allowing them to express themselves in ways that I have not seen before in the legal industry. Where as other firms seem to make token gestures with regards to work life balance, there is a clear drive by the firm to ensure everyone is appreciated.
