It was a perfect mix of independence and support. Support was there when i needed but i could be left alone to develop my own skills

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was very supportive and happy to answer questions and be involved. Feedback is something which is easily passed around not used as an insult. It felt easy to present to people because of how supportive they were within and outside my direct team

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Thoroughly enjoyed, no complaints. Everyone in the company is really nice and supportive including higher managers and directors.
Had opportunities outside of the work to grow as myself with access to presenting courses and people enhancement classes
