Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I conducted an end-to-end analysis of the new debit card of a card issuing bank, and analysed its account opening process, apps, and letters received. Then I presented my customer journey at the bank. My project helps the bank to improve their problems, so that more people are willing to open a new debit account at their place. I also helped my team to analyse spending data from the bank's clients.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I had my own intern project that I could do independtly. At the same time, I also had the possibility to help my colleagues in their projects.
