Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had four different tasks throughout the week from four different departments: Corporate, Restructuring, Banking and Construction.
Then throughout the day there was talks with the other departments within Gateley.
Finally there was social events to get involved in. Such as an escape room, murder mystery, HIIT class and a dinner.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was genuinely really good. The talks with the partners and current trainees were very insightful.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
There is a strong emphasis on team spirit and that is clear to see during the week. It is what I like most about Gateley.
