Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Designed and built a database that holds information on software including purpose, license cost and volumes and actual usage. Then created a user friendly interface for the system via Power Apps and a user guide.
Created surveys that were sent out to colleagues across M&G to understand their usage requirements for certain applications.
Worked collaboratively with colleagues across multiple areas, often initiating engagements, in order to have the required information to complete the personal and group projects.
For a group project we collaborated to research how technology, finance and business people feel about hybrid working and whether it is the best working style. The findings were then presented to senior management
Gained a huge understanding of the M&G Business and the Financial Services Industry.
