Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role involves helping execute deals, learning about various functions of the business and networking with individuals across the frim.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given responsibility for my work early on by requesting to be involved with deal flow in the team. The team efficiently manages workload and is receptive to feedback. Proactivity is important in this sense.

Excellent support from HR, my Line Manger, Buddy and my Team as well as the wider colleague network. Everyone was willing to provide support and guidance.
