We received insightful sessions on corporate law, commercial awareness, university preparation, transferable skills and legal/commercial case studies.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Gained an adequate understanding of the firm and all the potential roles available. This includes all personnel in the different business and legal sectors e.g. corporate, GFM, in- house lawyers and more

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The sessions were extremely engaging and gave us multiple opportunities to network with the enthusiastic employees. Lawyers ranging from trainee level to partners were open to answering questions and created an open and welcoming environment for us all. They also perfectly described the fast paced, constantly changing, focused environment that most aspiring solicitors look forward to.

A magic circle firm may seem intimidating at first but if you are interesting in commercial law, do your research, attend Clifford chance open days and determine how you can articulate which part of the firm resonated with you the most.
