Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
A variety of different projects; involves admin help on projects, leading on resource production, update of internal website, running and planning training sessions, creating comms plans, providing adhoc support to other areas of the business.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, several projects were led by me therefore contact between the agency and the business was solely my responsibility, the collection of feedback and overall decision making on these projects was led by me.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes; Improved leadership skills and ensuring i am accountable when in positions of responsibility. Improved skills in presentation through holding several training sessions. Gained skills in resource development, communication with senior colleagues, literature review techniques.

A lot of support from line manager and other colleagues. Sometimes can be difficult coming into a completely new industry and having to adjust and decide which direction you want to pursue so quickly.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Very much enjoyed, and liked the projects I was working on. I think the experience differed between teams.
Personally had some unforeseen bereavement circumstances which I feel I could've been supported in more by HR.
