Junior Commercial Project Manager Review

My day-to-day work involves:
Conducting data analysis and present key findings to senior leaders;
Organizing and hosting internal workshops and pitch days;
Creating internal communication plan and materials for regional events;
Leading and participating in diversity and inclusion and career development initiatives

Yes I was, especially during the later stage where I had the autonomy to organize events, define steps needed to accomplish a major task, come up with and execute solutions to challenges, etc.

I've gained new knowledge pharmaceutical commercial landscape as well as skills in business (quantitative) analysis, Additionally, I also had the opportunity to further develop my skills in stakeholder management, event planning and public speaking.

In general, I've received timely and strong support and guidance from colleagues and senior leaders, on both project-specific knowledge/skills as well as general personal/professional development.

It's has a very inclusive, supportive and collaborative culture. Many senior leaders are very approachable and generous with sharing their experiences and lessons learnt.

I very much enjoyed it, having gained many skills and experiences through hands on experiences in a vibrant and supportive environment.
