Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Communicating with hiring managers and candidates to deliver recruitment support, scheduling end to end recruitment timelines e.g Hirevue invites, assessment centre scheduling, interview invitations. Delivering offers to candidates and supporting onboarding and offboarding for colleagues. Delivering presentations to increase understanding of vacancies at Pfizer, attending careers fairs.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

A lot of responsibility and autonomy from the start. Led my own initiatives and progressed as an individual. Allowed me to learn lots and grow as a person.

A lot. My manager was incredibly supportive and taught me a lot. My wider team always showed me support and included me in their work. Truly felt supported through my work.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great. Inclusive and supports growth. Open plan offices allows for equal communication and the opportunity to meet and chat with higher ups. Atmosphere is exciting and professional.
