A lot of responsibility and freedom on projects. Allowed to lead on projects, manage website updates on my own, lead meetings etc

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
This varied but could have been better. My one-to-ones were less frequent than i'd like and often very project focused rather than on personal development/ worries or questions. I would have also liked some training or one-to-ones focused on understanding the brand and business as I was very new. However my team were very approachable and would answer any questions and help when needed.

Generally the company culture was very good with flexible working, a focus on wellness (wellness days) and resources available for all colleagues.
