My team has provided me training on how to run different processes on Workday. Every time I take over the new case which I never deal with before, my team has provided me guidance on how to complete the case.

Culture emphasize bringing your authentic self on the work.
People are very friendly and there're numerous opportunity of connecting with different cross functional teams during regular weekly social and events.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I did enjoy my placement overall as I learnt so many new skills and got chance to meet people from various background who has lot more experience. I developed both soft and hard skills during this placement as I worked in HRIS team which is kind of tech team of HR.
