Daily interactions internally and externally, production planning, production errors assessment, production yield evaluation, production status update. Making sure that each operation is within schedule.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes. I've always searched for task ownership and was given back several responsibilities accordingly.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Both, people management was largely developed, organised thinking, goal orientation as well. Learnt about several manufacturing processes and how the parts progress through the manufacturing stages. I've felt that my communication skills have been developing day-by-day as my confidence grows larger. Setting individual and team targets also largely developed.

Less than I expected, but it also allowed me to grow more and to trace my own path, always aiming to achieve the role demand in the most efficient way.
