Structure covered all core competences, focussed around my actual work, with deliverables to relate my experience with the theoretical knowledge I gained. It was a great course.

We have gym, active events such as paddle boarding and river rafting, a running club, a cycling club, football club and supported team meals.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Ltd?

Ensure your first principle understanding of the role you are applying for is as good as it can be. Then secondly, racing is a state of mind, so do the research on what we do and protray that in a passion for Formula 1. Without this, it will be difficult to be successful in the business.
