Keeping up to date with predictions and pipelines for relevant commercial departments.
Creating and analysing reports relevant to the commercial sector.
Liaising with both consultants and the sales department to ensure clear communication is maintained and consultants are placed.
Helping the sales team with projects and tasks.

Yes I was given responsibility as soon as I settled into placement and was able to work on meaningful projects that would be used however, some weeks would be quieter than others in which I'd have to proactively ask for a project to work on but there's always something to get involved in and projects do vary.

I've improved greatly on my excel and professional skills through training but also due to the daily tasks of my role. Having to liaise with the sales team and other internal departments has also improved my communication skills and organisation skills when working towards getting projects completed.

My team is always available whenever I need support and we'd have weekly check-ins to track progress of tasks or voice any concerns or struggles we were having.

Very friendly and willing to help out, have attended a few socials which were great fun

Have really enjoyed my placement at FDM, my team has been great and I've felt supported throughout my placement. I've been able to work on various different projects that varied from my daily tasks as a commercial analyst which has kept my work interesting. There is always something to get involved in and have definitely improved on my existing skills and gained new technical skills and knowledge.
