The role consistently changes, beginning as a store assistant you work up the management chain within stores before moving to a role in head office working in different departments.

The placement is tough work because of how much responsibility you are given so early on. This carries throughout the 12 months.

What advice would you give to others applying to Aldi
You will get out what you put in, and be prepared to work extremely hard. However, the teams are fun to work in and you can form strong relationships to carry on into the future.
