About this Programme
The Savills Apprenticeship Insight programme is open to students in the final year of their A Levels or equivalent, or those who have recently completed their A Level studies. The successful student will spend five days in a Savills office, shadowing one of our apprentices.
Our aim is to provide a flavour of the work that Savills apprentices undertake and is a valuable chance to learn more about the property industry and Savills as a business. During the programme there will be the opportunity to network with other students, current apprentices and directors from across the business.
The role sits in the ESG+ team within our Property Management division, focusing on delivering the ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategy for the division and delivering on our Green Charter, across our managed property portfolio.
Placement Dates
The placement will be for a duration of one week. This will be from Monday 27th July until Friday 31st July 2026. The placement location will be confirmed at the time of offer, however this will be based in London.
Day-to-day / What you will be doing
- Shadow an apprentice within the ESG+ team in Property Management
- Learn about the ESG strategy and Green Charter
- Network with students, apprentices, and directors
- Gain insight into the property industry and Savills

- Travel expenses up to £10 a day

Assessment for this programme
- Application form (Applications close on Monday 29th June)
- Telephone interview (between Monday 6th July – Friday 10th July)
- Virtual interview with the team (between Monday 13th July - Friday 17th July)
- Candidates are advised not to copy answers from AI platforms, as this may result in application rejection
- Applications may close earlier at discretion
Eligibility / Entry Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old
- Final year of A Levels or equivalent, or recently completed A Levels
- Ideally for students in Year 13 or just completed studies
- GCSE English and Maths, Grade 4 or above
- Eligible to live, work and remain in the UK
- Within 1 hour’s commute of the office (London)
- May only apply for one programme format (in-person or virtual)
