Residential Sales Apprenticeship Insight Programme 2026 (Stow)

About the Programme

The Savills Apprenticeship Insight programme is open to students in the final year of their A Levels or equivalent, or those who have recently completed their A Level studies. The successful student will spend five days in a Savills office, shadowing one of our apprentices.

Our aim is to provide a flavour of the work that Savills apprentices undertake and is a valuable chance to learn more about the property industry and Savills as a business. During the programme there will be the opportunity to network with other students, current apprentices and directors from across the business.

Placement Dates

• The placement will be for a duration of one week. This will be from Monday 27th July until Friday 31st July 2026.
• The placement location will be confirmed at the time of offer, however this will be based in Stow.

Day-to-Day/What You Will Be Doing

• Spend five days in a Savills office, shadowing an apprentice.
• Network with other students, current apprentices, and business directors.
• Gain insight into the property industry and the work that Savills apprentices do.

Residential Division

The Residential division supports clients with buying, selling, letting and renting properties. The residential sales team provides expert advice throughout the property journey, helping clients navigate negotiations, communication and the overall sales process. The division also includes specialists in a range of property areas, including country homes, waterfront properties and new developments. Working closely with our Lettings and Auctions teams, our offering ensures clients can get everything they require for their property needs under one roof.

Expenses/Rewards/Benefits

• This placement will be unpaid.
• We will expense travel up to £10 a day.
• You will also receive a voucher for your lunch each day.

Assessment for this Programme

• Application form (Applications close on Monday 29th June)
• Successful applicants will be contacted to complete a telephone interview (between Monday 6th July – Friday 10th July)
• If successful at the telephone interview stage, applicants will be invited to a virtual interview with the team (between Monday 13th July - Friday 17th July)

What We Are Looking For/Entry Requirements/Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old to participate.
• Students must either be in the final year of their A Levels or equivalent qualifications, or have recently completed their A Level studies. Ideally, students will be in Year 13 or just have completed their studies.
• Applicants must hold GCSE English and Maths, Grade 4 or above.
• Eligible to live, work and remain in the UK within 1 hour’s commute of the office applied to.
• Applicants are eligible to apply for only one format of the work experience programme — either in-person or virtual. Applications for both will not be considered.
