One of Scotland’s largest debt solutions providers, based in Glasgow city centre and incorporated in 2016. Due to the continuous growth experienced by the company over the last 6 years and expected future growth we have a vacancy for a full time Digital Support Apprentice.

What's involved?

The main role of the apprentice will be to support their debt advice and insolvency teams in their management and debt payment plans. All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company’s focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating as first response to queries and directing customers to the appropriate teams.
  • Working through reports to AiB/creditors/debtors using our internal Hubsolve, Excel and Outlook to manage these.
  • Inputting case and customer information into the internal CRM system – Hubsolve.
  • Using the Astra Sales CRM system to file and manage client documents and sale notes, alongside managing documents and customer details.
  • Weekly reporting on KPIs using Excel and collating this to internal staff.
  • Completion of all work in line with internal processes and legislation.
  • Observe complete confidentiality on every occasion to protect client and employee information in line with Data Protection laws.
  • Using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook for email correspondence.

What do they need from you?

  • Strong organisational skills – being able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Working week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, with two late shifts per week on a rota basis until 8:00pm. Your working hours will be adjusted accordingly to ensure you work a total of 37.5 hours per week
