The Role

  • Manage asset-related communications using Outlook, Word, and Copilot, responding to queries by phone, email, and in person, and ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked in the HomeMaster CRM.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and files in line with Osprey policies, using Excel, Word, and the HomeMaster CRM to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information.
  • Action customer requests and issues (such as repairs, alterations, and compliance tasks) by updating HomeMaster and collaborating with the team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Produce and update IT statistics, reports, and checklists using Excel and Word, supporting the team with up-to-date digital documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance, validation, and accuracy of data within HomeMaster and the internal HR system, ensuring all information is current and reliable.
  • Support the scheduling and digital recording of statutory inspections (e.g., gas, electrical, fire safety) and help collate compliance documentation and certificates using Outlook, Excel, and HomeMaster.
  • Contribute to tenant-facing articles, newsletters, and social media updates, ensuring content is relevant and accessible, and support internal communication using Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot.

Rewards and Benefits

  • £24,479 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
