About the role:

You will play a key support role across Evolve’s Client and Operations teams, helping to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations under the guidance of the Operations Manager. You will assist in maintaining accurate processes, managing data, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the efficiency and compliance of the business. Your role will be central to keeping workflows running seamlessly and enabling teams to work effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining “best‑in‑class” operational processes and systems across the business
  • Assist with routine checks to ensure established processes are being followed and data is kept current and accurate
  • Help track and report operational issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement
  • Assist in progressing campaigns from “Booked” to “Processed,” ensuring accuracy and alignment with the required workflow
  • Help monitor operational risks, flagging or escalating issues to the Operations Manager before they become critical
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for the Operations Manager and Operations Director when required
  • Contribute to meeting preparation, documentation, and follow‑ups related to operational projects
  • Build positive, collaborative working relationships across all departments
  • Provide a high level of internal customer service by responding to queries and supporting colleagues promptly

You will need the following skills:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Comfortable working with data and systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented
  • A team player who is adaptable, curious, and keen to learn
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn
  • Looking to further personal development.
  • An interest in media/advertising (OOH in particular)
  • An interest in data management / systems
  • Some experience of Office 365 (ideally with Excel)

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm
