Digital Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - Ogilvie Fleet Ltd

Overview:

Do you want to be a part of a company that leads the way in customer service and innovation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Rental Support Apprentice to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide digital support to distribute damage claims to customers via Microsoft Outlook and 1Link (industry specific rental software).
  • Become a 1Link superuser for the business.
  • Be the first point of contact for bookings, reservations, re-rents, and quotations via the Key2 (internal system) and Microsoft Outlook with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks and rental enquiries, triaging enquiries to rental team management when appropriate.
  • Monitor outstanding and tasks, taking appropriate follow-up action using the Key2 and 1Link (industry specific rental system) systems.
  • Complete daily support tasks to support rental operations.

Desirable skills:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work well as a team.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum.

Working hours:

38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
