Tendering Engineer Degree Apprenticeship - Coventry

About the role

This is a degree apprenticeship with a duration of 4 years where you will gain an academic qualification while gaining invaluable experience in our business.

What will you do?

  • Support commercial team and wider business in the assessment and preparation of tender submissions and bids
  • Assist in the review and coordination of technical and commercial documentation
  • Manage and track opportunities from receipt of enquiry through to tender submission and post tender clarification
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and Schneider Electric internal teams
  • Learn to understand technical specifications and drawings for tender preparation
  • Work towards professional membership with a professional engineering institution

About You

  • 3 A Levels at grade C or above, or equivalent qualification with mathematical or technical content
  • Strong desire to develop a career in Engineering
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Right to work in the UK on a permanent and unrestricted basis
  • Full UK driving licence, or willingness to achieve this within a reasonable time
