- Mentoring or regular one-to-one guidance
- Social enrichment and networking opportunities

‘Off-the-job’ training is delivered by one of our carefully selected Training Providers during your normal working hours. You will spend at least 20% (average 6 hours per week) of your working hours completing ‘off-the-job’ training. This is protected time and is a requirement for apprenticeship delivery. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard so you can achieve occupational competence.

- Exact start and finish times are to be agreed upon with Line Manager. Some of these hours will be allocated to off-the-job training as part of your Apprenticeship Programme.
