About Flintriver:

Flintriver is a Scottish creative branding, digital and marketing agency based in Milnathort, Perth & Kinross, founded in 2001. It provides a range of services designed to help businesses build strong brands and effective marketing communications. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as content creation, social media, web updates, analytics and campaign support while contributing to real client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Social media management:Help plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
  • Content creation:Design simple graphics, write captions, and adapt content for different platforms.
  • Trend research:Discover hashtags, monitor competitor activity, and keep up with the latest social trends.
  • Analytics basics:Learn how to track engagement, impressions, and reach.
  • Team collaboration:Work closely with our marketing team, attend meetings, and contribute ideas.

What we’re looking for:

  • Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Additionally, the following experience would be beneficial:

  • Basic website editing (WordPress).
  • Simple email marketing layouts (Mailchimp).
  • Understanding of paid social advertising fundamentals.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, options to work from home (one or two days a week max).

What we offer:

  • Annual holidays - 20 days, with a further 8 days statutory (28 days total) flexible.
  • Pension – contributions within the overall package.

Future prospects:

90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
