Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship - CL Electrical

CL Electrical is a growing electrical services company with big plans for the year ahead. As we expand our customer base and service offering, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Apprentice to join us in the New Year. This role combines creative marketing tasks with hands-on customer service, giving you a well-rounded start to your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content
  • Help develop marketing campaigns to promote our electrical services
  • Assist with producing marketing materials (digital and print)
  • Manage and improve the company’s online presence across platforms
  • Track engagement, analyse results, and suggest improvements
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities to boost brand visibility
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Support booking appointments and managing job requests
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to new and existing clients
  • Help maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
  • Assist the team in ensuring customers receive a smooth, positive experience

Desirable skills:

  • A passion for marketing, communication, or customer engagement
  • Confident and friendly phone manner
  • Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and try new things
  • A proactive attitude and interest in helping a small business grow
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

  • 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm.
