About Suit One Suit All:

We are a growing, independent, family run tailoring showroom with a passion for delivering a relationship with our clients on their journey. Weddings, occasion-wear, made-to-order and bespoke tailoring runs in our DNA. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for retail, fashion, and digital creativity to grow with us.

About the role:

We are looking for a confident, sociable, and hardworking individual with a genuine passion for retail and digital media. This is more than just a showroom assistant, you’ll play a key part in shaping our customer experience both in-store and online, helping us grow our digital presence and connect with new audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in retail, marketing, and digital media. Joining us as part of an apprenticeship programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the showroom while developing valuable digital and business skills. Responsibilities:

Retail & customer experience:

  • Deliver an outstanding, personable customer experience
  • Engage with customers confidently and build lasting relationships
  • Assist clients with suit fittings, styling and product advice
  • Keep the showroom and displays well-presented and visually appealing with the rest of our team
  • Support with stock management and general store operations with the rest of our team

Social media & digital growth:

  • Create engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Assist in developing and growing the brand’s online presence and following
  • Capture photos and videos in-store (with customer permission) & at wedding fairs
  • Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, promotions and trends
  • Support marketing activity to drive online and in-store engagement

What we’re looking for:

  • Naturally sociable and confident speaking to customers
  • Passionate about retail, fashion, and customer service
  • Enthusiastic about social media, content and digital marketing
  • Self-motivated, proactive and hardworking
  • Creative, with an eye for style and presentation
  • Keen to grow within a business and eventually move into management

Experience in retail or content creation is beneficial but not essential, we care more about attitude, energy and potential.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

40 hours per week.
