Job Description

Black Talent in Business Insight Programme 2026

Level: Undergraduate insight programme

Duration: Three days

Start date: Spring 2026

Location: Across the UK

For undergraduate students graduating in 2028

The Black Talent in Business Insight Programme is a three-day paid placement designed to help Black heritage students explore career opportunities at PwC and gain access to the full range of experiences and pathways the firm has to offer.

You’ll meet inspiring Black professionals who are building successful careers across PwC, hear their stories, and gain a genuine understanding of what a future in professional services could look like. This programme is an opportunity to build confidence, develop key business skills, and discover the different areas of PwC where your talent can thrive.

Why this matters

PwC is committed to improving representation and access for Black students across its early careers programmes. While 50% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were from minority ethnic backgrounds, only 6% were Black compared to 8% of eligible Black students across UK universities. The firm recognises the importance of taking meaningful action to close that gap.

What you’ll do

Across three days, you’ll:

  • Take part in interactive sessions to develop professional and personal skills
  • Hear directly from PwC’s Black professionals about their career journey
  • Gain insight into PwC’s business areas, culture, and inclusion networks
  • Learn about future internship and graduate opportunities

Where you could work

You’ll experience one of PwC’s core business areas, which may include:

  • Audit, Accounting, Tax and Finance
  • Advisory and Consulting
  • Strategy
  • Technology and AI

Who can apply

  • Undergraduate students of Black heritage graduating in 2028
  • In the first year of a three-year degree or the second year of a four-year degree
  • On track to pass your degree based on your academic performance

Pathway to a Summer Internship

If you successfully complete the Black Talent in Business programme, you may be offered a place on PwC’s Summer Internship, which could lead to a graduate role in the same business area.

Application process

  1. Apply online via PwC’s careers site
  2. Complete online assessments measuring cognitive skills and behaviours
  3. Take part in an on-demand video interview
  4. Attend a virtual immersive assessment centre
